  I have been a member of Crossfit Paradox for over three years now. I can't say enough about how great both the staff and other members are. They keep the workouts varied and intense but make sure it is manageable for all skill levels. They are always hosting events and encouraging members to make the most out of the experience. In a busy world this gym has helped me get into the best shape of my life and still look forward to going to the gym as much as I can.
